For Sushimotos' Caviar Tastings, we collaborate with Tsar Nicoulai, a caviar industry leader and sturgeon farm owner in Wilton, CA. Chef Ed collaborates creatively with Tsar Nicoulai to source sustainably farmed, hyper-local caviar. The tasting menu for this experience is based on the seasons and availability of products, in order to educate your palate and broaden your understanding of caviar.

 

We customize all of our menus to meet your needs. All prices are based on the menu selection. Because every guest is different, all price quotes are custom-tailored. We will walk you through menu options and will provide a cost estimate, free of charge. We require a minimum $1000 order and minimum 72-hour notice for booking Caviar Tastings.
