Chef Ed is not the inventor of farm-to-table nor is he trying to be. He does however believe in supporting local farms and fishermen, and knowing where your food comes from. This is a basic philosophy that all culinary leaders should promote by practicing what they preach. 

We customize all of our menus to meet your needs. All prices are based on the menu selection. Because every guest is different, all price quotes are custom-tailored. We will walk you through menu options and will provide a cost estimate, free of charge. We require a minimum $1500 order and a minimum 72-hour notice for booking a farm to table dinner.
