Trevor Bach is Sushimotos' Top Bartender & Mixologist. As a transplant to Sonoma County from Southern California, Trevor's travels in bartending, participation in multiple Sonoma Bar Battle competitions, and his innovative cocktail menus highlighted at multiple restaurants and bars between Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Houston, and Scottsdale makes him a solid, vetted asset to the Sushimotos team. He has also contracted many private events in between, from intimate private anniversary dinners to large weddings and corporate parties.

With Trevor's guidance, experience all the creativity and alchemy of mixed drinks - without leaving home (or your event!). Fueled by the bounty of local ingredients and your favorite flavors, our team will craft the perfect experience.

Pair a Sushimotos mixology session with one of our our other private dining offerings, or book us to be present at larger public events. We customize all of our menus to meet your needs. All prices are based on the menu selection. Because every guest is different, all price quotes are custom-tailored. We will walk you through menu options and will provide a cost estimate, free of charge. We require a minimum $500 order and a minimum 72-hour notice for booking mixology sessions.
