Mixed Greens - local baby gems, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shaved red onions,
carrots shavings, house-made croutons.

Potato salad - (gf, vegetarian) baby reds, celery, red onions, parsley, capers, dill,
white miso paste, and light sour cream or vegan mayonnaise.

Regular potato salad - baby reds, hard-boiled farm eggs, celery, red onions, dill
and house-made mayonnaise.

Pesto Pasta Salad - cherry tomatoes, baby mozzarella, red onions, peppers, salami, and fresh oregano.

Heirloom Tomato and Cucumber salad - local farm cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions,
and garden oregano, tossed with a meyer lemon emulsion.

MAINS (choice of two)
Sous Vide Tri-tip - marinated in red wine, rosemary, garlic, and thyme.
Grilled and served with a caper aioli. Served over roasted red potatoes.
Halibut Piccata - local halibut served with white wine, capers, parsley, lemon and butter.
Served over herb risotto.
Mediterranean Chicken - marinated chicken thigh meat, garlic, olive oil, oregano,
red chili and fresh lemon. Served over saffron couscous.
Grilled Salmon – choice of asian style (mirin, soy and ginger glaze) or chimichurri pesto.
Served over quinoa pilaf.
Vegan or Vegetarian - roasted squash ravioli, lemon and oat milk crème.
DESSERT (choice of one)
Fruit Crisps – local apple or berries with vanilla bean gelato.
Flourless chocolate cake - fresh berries and crème.
